Lech Poznań are interested in bringing former midfielder Jakub Moder back to the club, with the Polish side already in contact with the player about a potential return.

The 27-year-old central midfielder currently plays for Feyenoord, having joined the Dutch club in January 2025. His future remains uncertain, however, with injuries having disrupted his career in recent years.

Moder has recently returned to group training, but he will first need to regain full match fitness before any decision is made about a possible transfer.

Lech Poznań reportedly believe that next year could be their final opportunity to bring Moder back while he can still make an impact at the club. A move could also require the midfielder to accept a lower salary, although there are currently no concrete details regarding the financial terms.

Moder is under contract with Feyenoord until June 30, 2028.
