Bayern Munich Join PSG in Monitoring Manchester United Defender Leny Yoro
Bayern Munich are reportedly monitoring Manchester United defender Leny Yoro as uncertainty continues to surround the Frenchman’s long-term future at Old Trafford.
According to TEAMtalk, the German champions have joined Paris Saint-Germain in keeping track of the 20-year-old centre-back. PSG are reportedly interested in bringing Yoro back to France, potentially setting up competition between two of Europe’s leading clubs.
Manchester United Could Consider Selling Yoro
Manchester United signed Yoro from Lille in 2024 for a fee exceeding £50 million. However, the club are reportedly assessing their options and could consider a sale if they can recover a substantial portion of their initial investment.
The defender remains under contract until June 2029, meaning United are not under immediate pressure to sell. Nevertheless, interest from Bayern and PSG could bring his future into focus if either club decides to make a concrete approach.
€70m Price Tag Reportedly Discussed
In February 2026, reports suggested Manchester United could be willing to sell Yoro for around €70 million. That figure would represent a significant investment for any interested club, although it has not been confirmed as the club’s current asking price.
Yoro, who has earned one senior cap for France, remains a highly watched young defender. For now, Bayern Munich and PSG are reportedly monitoring his situation, but no formal offers or agreements have been confirmed.
